Holistic cooking programme at AoL

Sri Ravishankar Guruji’s Art of Living (AoL) has organised Holistic Cooking programme from July 27 to 30 between 10.30 am and 12.30 pm at  Art of Living Ashram, Lalithadripura Road in city.  In this programme, one can learn about the most ideal ways of cooking tasty and healthy food according to Ayurveda and get a deeper understanding of food, which is one of the most important sources of energy.
