Kannambira Parvathi (Kechettira), wife of Palangappa and a resident of Ramakrishna Nagar, passed away this morning in city. She was 74.

She leaves behind her husband, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were held at Muktidhama in Vijayanagar this afternoon.
