KIKS Professor C. Naganna inaugurates, MLA T.S. Srivatsa and Chamarajanagar ADC Geeta Huded will present awards, former Minister N. Mahesh presides, Nityotsava function hall, near Ballal Circle (Ashoka Circle), 2 pm.
