Annual Convocation, Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot, who is also the Chancellor of the University, presides over the event, Lokayukta Justice B.S. Patil delivers the Convocation Address, Higher Education Minister Dr. M.C. Sudhakar, who is also the Pro-Chancellor of KSOU, will be present, KSOU VC Prof. Sharanappa V. Halse welcomes and introduces the guests, KSOU Convocation Hall, 12 noon.
