The 50th Kavadi, a spiritual journey on foot, is organised on May 19 by Sri Subramanyeshwara Swamy Temple, Vishweshwaranagar coinciding with 50 years of consecration of the temple.  The Kavadi will start from Sri Kama Kameshwari Temple, Ramanuja Road in the city, with the assembling of devotees for sankalpa by 4.45 am. About 1,000 devotees are expected to participate in this Kavadi.
