J.N. Srikantamurthy (74), a retired Police Inspector and a resident of Aravindnagar in city, passed away here yesterday.

He is the son of late Nanjundaiah of Jinnahalli in H.D. Kote taluk. He leaves behind three daughters and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this morning.
