Mysuru shooters excel in State-level Competition

Mysore/Mysuru: Two shooters, representing Mysore Shooting Club (Bannimantap, Mysuru), in the 12th Karnataka State Shooting Competition organised by Karnataka State Rifle Association at SAI Shooting Range, won three individual medals in .22 peep Sight 50m Firearms category.

M.S. Punya won silver and bronze medals while P. Varshini secured bronze medal.

The other Mysore Shooting Club members, who took part in the competition, include Tanay Chandra, Nanditha Chandra, Kavya, Chethana Obu Lakshmi and para shooter B.R. Darshan.

The shooters are trained under national shooter and coach Ravichandra Balehosuru.
