Free eye check-up camp for retired Cops on Sept. 3

As part of the 9th anniversary of the city’s Annapoorna Eye Hospital, a free eye check-up camp for retired Police personnel, their parents and other dependents, will be held at Kuderu Mutt in Alanahalli from 10 am to 4 pm on Sept. 3. Announcing this at a press meet here yesterday, the Hospital’s Dr. Ashwath Kumar said that marking Dasara festival, a free eye check-up camp will also be held for Mahouts of Dasara elephants and their family members, MCC Pourakarmikas and their dependents in the first week of September. The Hospital has extended its services to Mandya, Kodagu and Chamarajanagar districts as well, he added.

Dr. Mahendra, Dr. D. Sinchana and Dr. Shivani Nayak were present at the press meet.
