Mysuru: The Badminton Tournament, jointly organised by the Alumni Association of Department of Studies in Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Mysore (UoM) and Kannegowda Sports Club, was inaugurated at Indoor Stadium in Manasagangothri yesterday.

Department of Studies in Bio-Chemistry retired Professor B.S. Vishwanath, who inaugurated the Tournament, called upon the students to involve in sports while in the college.

UoM Department of Physical Education (DPE) Director Dr. C. Venkatesh, Tournament organisers Girish, Sudharshan, students of Primary School, High School and PU College were present.
