Dangerous pothole on Kalidasa Road: Immediate action required

October 27, 2024

Sir,

This is to bring to your attention a serious issue concerning a large pothole on Kalidasa Road, which poses a significant risk to pedestrians, motorists and the surrounding infrastructure (see pic).

This pothole has exposed utility lines, and the surrounding road surface has deteriorated significantly, which could potentially lead to accidents or further damage if left unattended. As per the nearby shop owners it’s been a month no action has been taken so far to repair the pothole or secure the area.

We urge you to help escalate this matter by bringing it to public attention, as this will likely prompt the local authorities to act swiftly and address the issue. Your intervention could help avoid any unfortunate incidents.
