H.A. Amarnath (46), a resident of Dattagalli, passed away in the early hours of today in city. He was the owner of Oxford Stationery, Shoe World and Prestige Shopping Arcade at Ramaswamy Circle in city. 

He leaves behind his wife Swetha Devi, daughter Sharanya, father T.R. Anantha Setty, mother Kanakalakshmi, younger brother Ravichandra and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill this evening.
