City shooters qualified for National Championship

Mysuru:  The following shooters from city have excelled in the recently concluded Goa Open Shooting Championship and South Zone Shooting Championship and have been qualified for the National Shooting Championship to be held New Delhi: M.L. Chaithra, Dept. of Studies in Political Science, Manasagangothri, won gold medal in 10 mts Air Pistol; M.S. Nagendra, DGM of BEML Limited and also the oldest Para Shooter of the country, won silver in 50 mts Free Pistol; A.B. Manjunatheswari won bronze in 10 mts Air Pistol event along with K. Shankar Shetty and M. Sathish.

They are coached by National Team Coach M.S. Suresh.
