City Police conduct parade of NDPS Act accused

Mysuru: The Mysuru City Police conducted a parade of those accused in the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act at City Armed Reserve Grounds here on Monday.

A total of 110 people, against whom cases have been registered for selling, storing and transporting narcotic substances at various Police Stations in city under NDPS Act in the last 10 years, took part in the parade.

DCP (Law and Order) M. Muthuraju conducted an inquiry, checked their activities and warned them of initiating legal action if they were found involved in such criminal activities.

DCP (Crime and Traffic) S. Jahnavi and other Police Officers were present.
