– Banjara Sanskriti and Bhasha Academy, Bengaluru, has invited applications from eligible writers for presentation of  Book Award for the  year 2023-24.

Banjara community writers who have produced at least three literary works and published in the same year will be considered for the award. The literary works should have been published prior to 2022-23 or in the                                                            year 2023-24.

The books should be restricted to the topics of culture, language, literature, art forms, artistes, cultural leaders and achievers of Banjara community.

The self-written books, with creative work, collection of stories, novels, anthology of poems, biography and essays will be considered for the award.

Interested may submit their application in person along with their bio-data and three copies of the book before Nov. 30, at the Office of Registrar, Banjara Sanskriti and Bhasha Academy, Kannada Bhavan, J.C. Road, Bengaluru or through post/courier. For details, contact Ph: 080-29917745.
