Mysuru: The following students of Ideal Jawa Rotary School, Mysuru, have excelled in various sports                  competitions:

M.L. Ajay Pruthvi Raj (triathlon-C 60m, 600m, long-jump) participated in the U-14 Boys Category of 35th South Zone Junior Athletic Championship 2024 organised by Andhra Pradesh Athletics Association at Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, in October and has secured 4th place. Now he is qualified to take part in All India Level Junior Championship to be held at Assam. He has also won gold medals in 200m sprint, 400m run and 600m run in the District-level Athletic Meet organised by Department of School Education at Chamundi Vihar Stadium recently and qualified  for State-level Athletic Meet.

Disha Diwakar, who also took part in the U-14 girls category in the District-level Athletic Meet in city, has secured silver medal in 200m sprint, gold in 400m run and silver in Long Jump. She has also qualified for the  State-level Athletic Meet.
