Mysuru: An awareness workshop on ‘Crime investigation and precautionary measures’ was organised by Mysuru City Police for Cyber Police officers and staff at city’s CEN Crime Police Station yesterday.

Speaking after inaugurating the workshop, Cyber Crime Division ACP Sneharaj said that it is important to be aware of the increasing cyber crimes.

Sub-Inspector Anil, who provided information about web portals which are being used to cheat people, said that those who get cheated online should immediately lodge a complaint for quick response.

CEN Crime Police Station Inspector Prasanna Kumar, Sub-Inspectors of all Police Stations and cyber crime investigating officers were present.
