City Hotelier D. Dharmaprakash (74), owner of Darshan Palace Hotel in Ittigegud, passed away at his residence in Yadavagiri here on Friday night following a massive heart attack.

He leaves behind his wife Susheeladevi, son Vikram, daughters Pinky, Archana and Poonam and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites will be held at the foot of Chamundi Hill after the arrival of one of his daughters who is staying in the US.
