There is an urgent need to install scientific road humps/speed-breakers on KRS Road, particularly in front of Coastal Garden Restaurant and Brigade Symphony Apartment.

This road serves as a primary route for people and vehicles heading to KRS/Brindavan Gardens and experiences heavy traffic throughout the day. Traffic volume multiplies significantly during weekends and holidays, further exacerbated by the presence of industries and educational institutions along the stretch.

The absence of speed-breakers has led to vehicles being driven at dangerous speeds. The situation worsens near the railway crossing, which frequently closes for passing trains. In their haste to cross before the gates shut, vehicles often speed recklessly, creating a perilous environment. Several accidents have already occurred on this stretch, and the risk of a major accident looms large. It is imperative that the authorities concerned address this issue immediately by installing speed-breakers to ensure the safety of all road users.
