City’s kickboxers shine in national championship

Mysuru: Students of city’s Oshokai Martial Arts College taking part in the National Kickboxing Championship held at Kozhikode in Kerala, recently, won three gold, one silver and three bronze medals and second place in pro-kickboxing.

Results: Girls: Mithila (gold medal), N. Deepika (bronze medal). Boys: N. Santhosh Kumar (gold medal), Ravikumar Rohilla (gold medal), R. Shanshank (silver medal), Karan (bronze medal), H.C. Tejas (bronze medal). R. Parithosh won a silver medal in the pro-kickboxing. The kick boxers were coached by Grandmaster Dr. S. Krishnamurthy and assisted by Ashwini and Ravichandra.
