Mysuru: Mysuru witnessed the inauguration of ‘Swarapaana,’ a vibrant new music community that aims to bring people together through the transformative power of music. The launch event took place at Sarada Vilas Law College in city.
The inaugural ceremony was attended by Dr. Sunitha Chandrakumar, Founder, Raguleela School of Music, Mysuru, a distinguished person known for her contributions to art and culture.
‘Swarapaana’ is the brainchild of Sagar Simha, a dynamic 21-year-old visionary who is passionate about fostering unity and harmony through music. His vision for ‘Swarapaana’ is to create a platform where musicians, enthusiasts and the general public can come together to share, learn and celebrate the universal language of music.
He is joined in this endeavour by Surabhi, the Co-founder, whose dedication and creativity have been instrumental in bringing this initiative to life.

This event marked the beginning of a unique cultural journey in Mysuru with ‘Swarapaana’ Music Club promising to serve as a hub for collaboration, learning and artistic expression for people from all walks of life.
The singing performances after the stage programme added the cherry on top for the musical evening. Swarapaana’s classical team performed ‘Vande Bharata Mataram,’ a composition of Dr. Sunitha Chandrakumar.
It was wrapped up with the performance of ‘Hosa beLaku,’ a famous song from Dr. Rajkumar’s movie along with the Swarapaana title track. This musical community is set to add more colours to the cultural heritage of Mysuru.
