Mysuru: The NCC ‘Fusion Fest’ was celebrated in the premises of Ideal Jawa Rotary School (IJRS) recently.
Chief guests on the occasion were Colonel SJS Sandhar (Commanding Officer of 13 KAR BN NCC, Mysuru) and Wing Commander GS Ashish (Commanding Officer of 4 KAR AIR SQN NCC, Mysuru).
Distinguished dignitaries, including Chairman Rtn. Chetan Vishwanath, Secretary Rtn. Ramachandra Raje Urs and Principal Shilpa Prashanth, veterans Group Captain Abhinav Chaturvedi, Assistant Commandant Raghu M. Das, Raghu, Vinay Vittal, Col. Ravi (retd.) and Group Captain Chandrashekar, were also present.

The ‘Fusion Fest’ was a harmonious blend of the NCC Army and Air Wing Cadets, showcasing unity and coordination through a variety of cultural and skilful performances. The Cadets displayed their talents in Bharatanatyam, folk dance, yoga, karate, mime and instrumental music, leaving the audience spell-bound.
A play, paying tribute to brave soldiers, served as a reminder of their sacrifices.
The event concluded with a mesmerising camp fire that symbolised the power of light, guiding us towards a brighter path in life.
