Mysuru: The Annual General Body Meeting of Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana (BJS), Mysuru Chapter, was held in city on Feb.15 after chanting of Navakar Mahamantra.
President Praveen Lunkar welcomed. Secretary Kushal Palrecha presented the report of previous tenure. Karnataka State General Secretary Prakash Gulecha, Chapter Past Presidents Prakash Srisrimaal, Vimal Pitaliya and Past Secretary Nisha Raisoni shared their views.
At the AGM, S. Rajan Baghmar was elected as President of BJS, Mysuru Chapter, for the year 2025-26 while B.K. Deepak Kumar Jain (Bohra) was elected as Chief Secretary; Manohar Sankhala as Treasurer / PRO; Kushal Palrecha, Amit Chouhan and Nemichand Barola as Vice-Presidents; Rajendra Desarla, Navaratanmal Pitliya and Nikhil Vora as Secretaries.
Speaking on the occasion, Rajan Baghmar thanked the members and sought their support for a successful tenure. He assured to take the name and fame of the Chapter, community and the city of Mysuru to greater heights.
