N. Aishwarya has been awarded Ph.D in Commerce by University of Mysore (UoM) for her thesis ‘Role of Workplace Diversity, Inclusion and Equity on Employee Productivity in Higher Management Educational Institutions — A Study,’ submitted under the guidance of  Dr. Prakash B. Nayak.
