Mahabharata quiz, Gita recitation

Sakhi Foundation and Surya Charitable Trust have organised Mahabharata quiz and Bhagavadgita recitation competitions for children on May 11 at Jayalakshmidevi PU College in Ramakrishnanagar. Students studying from 5th to 9th std. will be eligible to take part in Mahabharata quiz which will be held in both Kannada and English languages for a total of 50 marks.  For Gita recitation, children studying from 1st to 4th std., will be eligible. Special arrangement will be made for children below 1st std., on showing interest to take part in the competitions.

Participants will have to recite a minimum of three verses and maximum of five verses from any of the Gita chapters. Organisers will distribute certificates to all participants. May 7 is the last date for registration. Interested can contact Mob: 83103-06882 or 99647-90442.
