Chandrashekar delivers keynote address, Bharani Art Gallery Founder-Chief Convenor and senior artist N.B. Kaverappa presides,  releasing ‘Amphi Man’ cartoon super hero by the chief guests, 10.30 am; Expo, Sree Kalanikethana Art Gallery, Vijayanagar 2nd Stage, 11 am to 6 pm.
