Mysuru: The Department of Studies in Law, University of Mysore (UoM), in collaboration with UCLouvain, IEE St. Louis, Belgium (ranked 180th in the QS World University Rankings), is organising the EU-IndoPac Jean Monnet Teaching Module (40 hours).
This initiative is supported and managed under the auspices of the European Union and aims to foster academic engagement across the Indo-Pacific region.
The inaugural session of this prestigious international programme will be held on June 2 at 3 pm at Institution of Excellence (IOE), Science Building, UoM campus (online mode).
The programme will focus on themes related to the India-EU Green Deal, Green Technology and Legal Frameworks, and will feature renowned legal scholars and policymakers.
Prof. P. Puneeth, Professor, Centre for the Study of Law and Governance, JNU, New Delhi, will be the chief guest.
Prof. Sreenivasulu, Professor, National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata; Oxford University; Prolific Author in Biotechnology and Law, will be the keynote speaker. Prof. (Dr.) Nicolas de Sadeleer, Full Professor, Jean Monnet Chair, UCLouvain, St. Louis, Belgium; Oxford University; Leading Author on Environmental Principles, will be the teaching programme speaker.
