CM to offer Bagina to Kabini

With the Kabini Dam at Beechanahalli in H.D. Kote taluk full to  the brim, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will offer the traditional Bagina to the Dam on July 20 at 10 am.  Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar, Union Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy, District In-charge Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa and other officials will be present.
