Mysore/Mysuru: Minister for Food and Civil Supplies K.H. Muniyappa visited the wholesale outlet in Bandipalya APMC on Nanjangud Road recently and carried out an inspection of food grains.

Carrying out a quality check of Rice, Ragi and other food grains, Muniyappa asked the officials to ensure that quality food grains is delivered to beneficiaries. Stressing on the need for maintaining quality, the Minister directed for maintaining quality consistently in wholesale outlets.

Later, he spoke to Hamaalis (Loaders and Unloaders), when he said that the problems and grievances of loaders will be addressed. The Minister’s Personal Secretary Dr. H. Nataraj, Food and Civil Supplies Department Deputy Director Manteswamy, Assistant Director Kiran and others were present.
