Doddaiah will preside. Deputy Commissioner G. Lakshmikanth Reddy, District Health & Family Welfare Officer Dr. P.C. Kumaraswamy, District Surveillance Officer Dr. D.G. Nagaraju chief guest, District Health & Family Welfare Department Psychiatrist Dr. M.S. Manjishri delivers a special lecture, Government CPC Polytechnic College           auditorium, 10.30 am.
