Mysore/Mysuru: The Inner Wheel Club of Mysuru Aisiri held its installation ceremony in city recently.

Dr. Sarika Prasad, Past District Chairman and renowned Paediatrician, was the chief guest. Uma Mahesh, District Secretary and Anitha Suresh, District Treasurer, were present.

K.A. Anitha Venkatesh, Chairperson & Managing Director of AIMIT & ATPPL, was formally installed as the President for the year 2025-26, along with her dedicated team:

Immediate Past President: Geetha Montadka; Secretary: Sowndhari Harsha; Treasurer: Usha Ganesh; ISO (International Service Organiser): Radha Vinay; Joint Secretary: Shobha Rani; Editor: Divya Rajguru.

To mark the occasion, the Club conducted the following six community service projects on the occasion:

1. Donated educational fee for a needy girl student — sponsored by MLA M.R. Patil of Kundagol, Dharwad; 2. Contributed amount towards wheels for a lady vegetable vendor — sponsored by Club Member Rajeshwari; 3. Gifted a laptop to a budding artist — also sponsored by Rajeshwari; 4. Distributed helmets to students to raise awareness on road safety — sponsored by Rajeshwari; 5. Donated uniforms to differently-abled children — through sponsors identified by Radha Vinay; 6. Distributed books to differently-abled and underprivileged students — through sponsors identified by Radha Vinay.

The total amount spent on these initiatives was Rs. 1,16,400, showcasing the Club’s spirit of purposeful service and meaningful collaboration.
