Advisory Talk for senior citizens on Sept. 1

Elder Citizens Council, Jayalakshmipuram, has organised an ‘Advisory Talk’  programme, specially for the senior citizens, at Saraswathi Samudaya Bhavana in the Council premises on Sept. 1 at 5 pm.

The talk will be on counselling of senior citizens, particularly neglected, and gradually changing their lifestyle to enable them to come back to the mainstream to lead a healthy and peaceful life.

Speaker will be G. Chandrasekhar, Founder of Nisarga Peace Foundation, Mysuru, extending free yoga, dhyana and meditation and Founder of Jeevitha Foundation Centre, extending free counselling to neglected senior citizens. He has worked as Hindi Teacher in Vidyavardhaka First Grade College and JSS Degree College, Mysuru.
