Baara-Roz-Ijlaas celebrations at various Masjids

Mysore/Mysuru: Bara-Roz-Ijlas celebrations as part of Hijri 1447, Jashne Eid Meelad-Un-Nabi — Special 1500th year Birthday of Prophet Muhammad — is being held from Aug. 24 till Sept. 5 daily at various Masjids in city which have organised special lectures on the occasion.

The timings at various Masjids are as follows:

Daily after Namaz-e-Fajr Salath (Dawn Prayer): Madeena Masjid at Muslim Block in Kyathamaranahalli; Mohamadiya Masjid at Shanthinagar; Masjid-e-Mushayikeen (Char Chowkey) at Rajivnagar; Masjid Raza at Ghousianagar; Masjid Rehamaniya at N.G.O. Kareem Block in Shanthinagar; Masjid Ya Rasool Allaha at Rajivnagar 1st Stage and others.

Daily after Namaz-e-Maghrib Salath (Dusk Prayer): Masjid Bismillah at Bharath Nagar; Masjid Azam Markaz Ahle Sunnath-wo-Jamath on Ashoka Road; Masjid Eidgah on Mission Hospital Road; Dargahi Masjid on Sawday Road; Masjid Aqsa near Fountain Circle; Masjid Jyothi Nagar; Masjid Hazarath Ameer Hamza at Shanthinagar; Masjid Hali Meamoon at Shivarampet; Masjid Kubra-o-Hasnain at B.M.Sri Nagar; Masjid Khair-ul-Wara at Rajivnagar 2nd Stage; Masjid Zeenath-ul-Masajid Nawab Saheb on 100 ft. Patna; Masjid Showda-ul-Badar (one minaret) at Shanthinagar; Jamiya Masjid Darul Uloom Azeezia at Mamballi; Masjid Syed Ahmed at S.A. Layout in Rajivnagar; Masjid Akthar Raza at Ghousianagar; Masjid Noor at Ghousianagar; Masjid Mecca at Rajivnagar; Masjid Ya Rub at Kalyanagiri; Masjid-ya-Mustafa at Udayagiri; Darga Hazarath Char Baras Ke Peer at Bada Makan; Madrasa-e-Faiz-ul-Quran at Sunni Chowk; Darul Uloom Raza Mustafa Arabic College at Shanthinagar                 and others.
