Sri Krishna Ganasabha to host memorial cultural programmes

Mysore/Mysuru: Sri Krishna Ganasabha has organised the following cultural programmes at Alwar Kala Bhavan in Gokulam as part of Sri Krishna  Janmashtami celebrations:

Sept. 19 (6 pm): Memorial Light Music Concert by Dr. A.D. Srinivasan and troupe (Bhava Tharanga Party).

The programme is in memory of M.L. Raje Urs, Swamiji of Kappadi, Malavalli and Honnayakanahalli Mutts, sponsored by his daughter Dr. M.R. Bharathi.

Sept. 20 (6.30 pm): Dance programme by Dr. Nagalakshmi Nagarajan and her disciples (Champaka Academy, Mysuru).

The programme is in memory of Prof. Y.T. Thathachari, sponsored by his wife Madhuri Thathachari.

Sept. 21 (6 pm): Gana Visharadha Vid. Bidaram Krishnappa’s Memorial Music Concert sponsored by Dr. N. Chandrashekar of Aditya Hospital. Vocal music concert by Vid. G.K. Manamohan, accompanied by Vidu. C.V. Shruthi on violin, Vidu. Ranjani Venkatesh on mridanga and Vid. S. Manjunath on ghata.
