Mysuru:  Mysore CHRO Forum, National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Mysore Chapter and Edin Foundation, in association with Apollo Hospitals and SRF Detectives & Security, have launched a 9-day Industry & Culture Conference titled ‘HR Dasara 2025 – An insight into Mysore Industrial Prosperity.’

The 9-day event, with the theme ‘HR Navami – 9 days of HR festivity,’  is designed to spotlight Mysuru’s economic growth, highlighting ongoing and upcoming industrial projects, future job opportunities & the city’s potential as a hub for manufacturing, IT & innovation.

HR Dasara will bring together HR professionals, industry experts, thought leaders and academics to reimagine the future of Mysore. The events are as follows:

Day-1 (Oct. 5): Mega Wish Box (Celebrating Dasara with underprivileged tribal kids) at Mysore County Retreat, Hebbal, at 9.30 am.

Day-2 (Oct. 17): HRs & Academicians’ Industrial Visit to Chamarajanagar Industrial Area at 9.30 am.

Day-3 (Oct. 24): Online Debate Session on ‘New HR Challenges in the era of AI’ at 2.30 pm [Platform: Zoom & YouTube Live; Panel includes HRs, Business Leaders & Academicians]

Day-4 (Nov. 2): HRs Swach Mysore Mission – City Clean Drive by HRs & Academicians. Inauguration at Balarama Gate, Mysore Palace, at 9.30 am.

Day-5 (Nov. 10): HR & Student Bridge Session – Student Corporate Skill Development Programme on the topic ‘AI Skills for HR & Management Students’ at VVCE MBA, Gokulam, at 9.30 am.

Day-6 (Nov. 14): ‘HR Excellence Conclave 2025’ featuring industry best HR, operations & CSR practices at GSSS MBA, Metagalli, Mysuru, at 9.30 am.

Day-7 (Nov. 21): HR Health: Corporate Wellness – Online Corporate Wellness Session on the topic ‘Work-life balance for HRs & Academicians’ at 2.30 pm [Platform: Zoom & YouTube Live].

Day-8 (Nov. 29): HRs & Business Leaders Meet 2025 at Arcor Hotel, Metagalli, at 2.30 pm.
