V. Amrutha from Mangaluru presenting sitar recital at Sri Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha on JLB Road in city as part of the Dasara Cultural Programmes organised by Kannada and Culture Department, Mysuru, on Sept. 24. She was accompanied by Bhimashankar Bidanur on tabla. Amrutha has completed her Sitar Visharad under Vid. A.S. Sanjeeva (Dharwad Gharana). Currently, she is a disciple of Ustad Rafique Khan of Dharwad Gharana.
