Entrepreneurs discuss newer technologies at CII Conclave

Mysuru, Oct. 26- The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Mysuru Zone, recently hosted Annual Manufacturing & Technology Conclave-2025, drawing over 150 delegates from across Karnataka’s industrial spectrum.

Held under the theme ‘Building World-Class Competitiveness through Technology, Automation & Quality Excellence,’ the day-long conclave served as a dynamic platform for industry leaders, policymakers and MSMEs to explore innovation-led growth, digital transformation & operational excellence.

The inaugural session featured distinguished speakers including Rabindra Srikantan, Vijaykrishnan Venkatesan, Pavan Ranga, Nagaraja Gargeshwari, V. Eswara Rao, Sam Cherian, Utsav Agarwal and Kiran Ranga. Their insights set the tone for high-impact discussions on elevating Mysuru’s industrial ecosystem & positioning it as a model for manufacturing excellence.

In a joint statement, Nagaraja Gargeshwari and Kiran Ranga reaffirmed CII Mysuru’s commitment to helping industries transition from efficiency to excellence. “This conclave is a testament to Mysuru’s readiness to lead in innovation, process reliability and quality. By fostering collaboration between industry, academia and Government, we are building frameworks that empower MSMEs to scale sustainably,” they noted.

The conclave featured thematic sessions on TPM & TQM, Smart Factories, AI & IoT, Defence & Aerospace Precision Manufacturing and Workforce Transformation. Eminent speakers such as J. Harihara Mahadevan, Sylvain Sagot, Manish Sharma, V. Jagannath, Rakesh Kommineni, Bhooshan Iyer, K. Ajith, Kaushal Jadia, Kanthesh Rao Sorab and Nipun Sharma shared actionable strategies for MSMEs to adopt Industry 4.0, enhance cybersecurity, and integrate robotics across supply chains.

The participants gained practical insights into Lean implementation, predictive maintenance, and digital adoption tailored for small and medium enterprises.

The conclave concluded with a renewed commitment to building globally competitive, resilient and future-ready manufacturing enterprises in Karnataka.
