Foundation batches for the 2026 written examinations of the National Defence Academy (NDA), Combined Defence Services (CDS), and Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) will commence on Nov. 3 at Alpha Lead Academy, Bannur Road.  Announcing this, Academy Founder Group Captain Abhinav Chaturvedi (Retd.) noted that around 35 candidates trained by the institute have already secured positions in senior roles in Indian Army.

The Academy’s training includes psychological conditioning, leadership development, group dynamics, and communication skills. The training is delivered by a team of expert instructors comprising retired officers from the Army, Navy, and Air Force, as well as scientists from the Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR) and DRDO.
