R.S. Kavitha has been awarded Ph.D in Zoology by the University of Mysore (UoM), Mysuru, for her thesis ‘Effect of Paracentric Inversions on Cuticular Hydrocarbons, Accessory Gland Traits and Fitness in Drosophila Ananassae’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. S.C. Jayaramu.
