Nitish to take oath as Bihar CM for 10th time

Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar met Governor Arif Mohammad Khan this morning, shortly after chairing the final Cabinet meeting of outgoing NDA government.

Nitish Kumar will formally submit his resignation on Nov. 19 as head of the outgoing government and is likely to take oath as CM for the tenth time on Nov. 20 at Gandhi Maidan, sources said.
