K. Nikhita has been awarded Ph.D in Management Science by the University of Mysore (UoM), Mysuru, for her thesis ‘Employee Retention Strategies of Information Technology Firms in Bengaluru and Mysuru’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. S.J. Manjunath.
