Mysore/Mysuru: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), Mysuru Chapter, has organised an awareness seminar on ‘Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act – RERA’ on Dec. 6 at 4.30 pm at MBCT Hall on Akkamahadevi Road,  J.P. Nagar in city.

Senior officials from Karnataka RERA Authority, Bengaluru will be addressing issues related to RERA registration process for ongoing and new projects; Project extension and compliance procedures; Consumer grievance redressal mechanism and Common challenges faced by developers and solutions.   

The seminar has been organised to enhance understanding among builders, developers and stakeholders about the latest RERA regulations, compliance procedures and practical aspects of implementation besides serving as a knowledge sharing platform where developers can interact directly with RERA authorities and clarify doubts regarding the regulatory framework.
