To commemorate the 69th death anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the Dalit Sangarsha Samiti is organising a ‘Pratirodha Samvesha’ to register their opposition to communal politics of the ruling BJP-led Central Government and also against its policies. The event to be held at Maharaja’s College Centenary Hall in the city on Dec. 6 from 11 am will be inaugurated by District Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa. District DSS Convenor Bettaiah Kote will preside.

State Convenor of DSS Guruprasad Keragodu will offer flower petals to the portrait of Dr. Ambedkar. Senior journalist and thinker Dinesh Amin Mattu will deliver keynote address. MLAs A.R. Krishnamurthy, Anil Chikkamadu and Darshan Dhruvanarayan, Alagudu Shivakumar, Researchers  Association President Varahalli Anand and others will participate as chief guests.
