D.R. Patil, Deputy Chairman of Karnataka State Decentralised Planning and Development Committee (KSDPDC) will undertake a 2-day tour of Mysuru district on Jan. 11 and 12. Patil, who will arrive in the city on Jan. 11, will take part in the Gram Sabha meeting at Badanavalu in Nanjangud taluk at 6.45 pm. On Jan.12, he will take part in a meeting of  one Gram Panchayat of Nanjangud taluk at 10 am, followed by another meeting in another Gram Panchayat in the taluk at 12 noon, according to a press release.
