NCC Day celebrated at JSS Polytechnic

Mysuru: NCC Day was celebrated at JSS Polytechnic in city recently.

Lt. Col. Ananta Keshava, 1 KAR ENG Coy NCC, Mysuru, NB Sub. Mallappa Jaggal, Hav. Harish, Hav. Niranjan and Hav. Mahesh, were the chief guests.

Dr. Bhaktavatsala, Principal, JSS Polytechnic, presided. The programme began with NCC activities, where ANO Captain Harshakumar presented the NCC Annual Report for the year 2024-25, highlighting the achievements and activities of the NCC Unit.

 NCC cadets showcased their discipline and skills through NCC drill demonstrations, speeches and cultural performances.

A Rank Pipping Ceremony was also conducted. The ranks were awarded to deserving cadets by the dignitaries and JSS Polytechnic staff.

The Principal and chief guests addressed the gathering, motivating the cadets to uphold the values of discipline, leadership and national service.
