Mysuru: Carmelvale International School, Rajivnagar, Mysuru, celebrated its Annual Sports Meet ‘Zenith’ with students from Preschool to Grade 6 taking part in various events held under the  theme ‘Play with Passion, Run with Purpose.’

The programme was attended by chief guest Anthony Paul Raj, along with Sr. Violet Tauro, Sr. Ida Barboza and the Head Mistress Sr. Laveena. The programme commenced with a ceremonial VIP escort, followed by the soulful Melody of Faith and the graceful Nrithya Swagatham.

Formal inauguration, significance of the day and oath-taking ceremony marked the official opening of the sports meet.

A major highlight was the synchronised drill display by students from Preschool to Grade 6.

The day unfolded with a series of energetic track and field events, parents’ sports and a vibrant funfair adding colour and joy to the celebration. The programme concluded with the prize distribution ceremony and a vote of thanks.
