Ramprasad) and ‘Abhaya Varadana Muktaka Guchchagalu’ (C.H. Gopala Bhat); Karnataka Muktaka Sahitya Academy President Dr. H.V. Nagaraja Rao presides, 10.30 am; Award presentation and felicitation ceremony, KSOU VC Prof. Sharanappa V. Halse inaugurates, conferring of Dr. DVG Muktaka Sahitya Award on C.H.
