Mysore/Mysuru: The Telugu Samskruthika Samithi, Mysuru, will be celebrating New Year Ugadi with its members at its premises, CA 03, 2nd Cross, I-Block Ramakrishnanagar, on Mar. 19 from 6 pm onwards as follows:

Panchanga Shravanam for the new year ‘Parabhava nama samvathsara.’

Various cultural programmes will be conducted by members.

Conferring of the title ‘Telugu Koyala’ on Dr. Naraala Rama Reddy, the rewardee of Hamsa title from AP, renowned Avadhani and a great poet and cine lyricist. Distribution of scholarships and certificates to the meritorious students of class 10 and class 12.

Telugu Samskruthika Samithi President P. Krishna Reddy will preside over the event.
