Ahalya Vadiraj (68), wife of retired KPTCL employee Vadiraj and a resident of Kuvempunagar ‘K’ Block, passed away following brief illness on her birthday yesterday.

She leaves behind her husband, one daughter, two sons and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill this morning.
