Mukkatira C. Ashok (67), President of Kodava Samaja Cultural and Sports Club, Mysuru and a resident of No. 270, Ramakrishnanagar E&F Block, passed away this morning in city.

A native of Arvadokka in Madikeri taluk of Kodagu district, he leaves behind his wife Chithra (Appumaniyanda), son Thimmayya, daughter Puchimanda Deepthi Nachappa and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were held at Muktidhama in Vijayanagar 4th Stage this afternoon.
