Mysore/Mysuru:  The Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) has confirmed that the substances seized in the high-profile Hunsur narcotics case are indeed drugs.

Hunsur Rural Police had recovered 7.35-kg of Mephedrone and 41-kg of precursor chemicals used in drug production (nearly 48-kg of narcotic substances in total) during a raid on a farmhouse near Hunsur.

Seized materials were produced before the Court and later sent to the FSL for scientific examination. FSL report has now verified that the substances are narcotic drugs, strengthening the case against the accused.
